Cons: Apartments have electrical problems. Apartments are falling apart i.e. linoleum, kitchen drawars, roof, electrical plugs Roaches, roaches, roaches! When something is broken, like a faucet or water pump from swamp cooler, it takes more than 3 or 4 days to get it fixed...if you're lucky!
