this place should be called FRAUD ROOTER. Do not invite these people into your house. I made that mistake, by having a hair clogged drain. Instead the tech spent all his time trying to have me replace a drain pipe for $1,100. He barely attempted to snake the pipe, and convinced me that the drain had either collapsed or was permanently clogged. He charged me $65 to try to sell me a new pipe system, and left the drain clogged up. I then contacted the REAL pro's, ROTO ROOTER, and they came out and unclogged the pipe easily in 5 minutes.
