More than 2 years ago I went there for my new prescription. Got new glasses and was satisfied with the sales clerk until I went back for an adjustment and another sales person assisted me. I sinusitis so the nosepads have to be positioned just right. This woman kept insisting she adjusted it correctly and I kept telling her it did not fit right and we went back and forth until I heard a gasp and she walked away and sent another clerk who took her time and was very patient and was able to adjust the stupid frame to my likings.
