I had a challenging assignment for the Flower Market: when I was out of the country, I needed flowers delivered to a patient who kept moving around within a large hospital and then went back home. Due to the disorganization of the hospital the first time delivery was attempted, the Flower Market was told the patient wasn't there. The second time, the hospital said that the patient was there but that delivery was not possible without a room number. The third time, they were told the patient had left.
