I went to this location today to use the coupon I received for 2 free pieces of grilled chicken To my great surprise I was told that they refuse to accept the coupon. The clerk said that “we are a franchise and we don’t take coupons”. I asked for the manager of the store. She told me “we’re a franchise not a corporate store so we don’t have to take coupons”. I asked her why they were not taking this coupon and she said the same thing. Now I understand that the first response to this is they have that right. It’s part of their agreement with KFC. Fine.
