If I could give A Pet Villa a negative rating, I would! Our experience with them was horrific!  When we dropped off Archie the Westie, the staff was very inattentive and made an already difficult departure even worse. The manager gave us a short tour of the facilities, which was fairly clean. During the tour, the manager kept offering an exit bath. We weren't interested but he kept insisting and eventually offered the $25 bath free of charge. We still declined and couldn't understand why the persistence.  Well, after our 10 day trip, we returned to pick up Archie and finall
