These guy came out to my house and looked at my TV. They ran a few test and said it was such and such part, and that they needed a $200 deposit. So I gave them the deposit and they said they ordered the part. I did not hear for them for well over a week. Then called them, they said they ordered the wrong part. That was fair enough then they told me they were going to order the correct part and then they would fix the tv in about a week or less. Again took well over a week they never called me so I called them again. This time I was told they would come and fix
