My family was going to the Norwich store for over 15 years with complete satisfaction. Not any longer! If you get the Road Hazard, they nickel dime you with a valve stem charge. I had a truck tire go flat after 14,00 mile and had not opted for the road hazard warranty, they said the tire was not repairable and would have to be replaced. If I had the road hazard they said the tire would be replaced. I always purchased the warranty but not this time. Obviously the tire was defective (side wall had cracks all over it) but they wouldn't even pro-rate it. The last two visits my
