I go to the kick boxing there I love it I have toned up wonderfuly my 19 year old daughter goes with me she loves too her friend has joined with her they love I have my two other children in there Karate program and they love it I am so happy that I have joined and joined my children up here that my husband has also joined !!! so now we are all getting in shape and doing somthing as a family ;-) and we are enjoying it !!!!! I wish we would have done it a long time ago !!!
