I'd been sedentary (think total couch potato) for years with various chronic health conditions and, well, superfat. I had driven by this place in North Miami Beach and it was close to home, so I decided to call and see if they were able to work one-on-one with a "big gal" who was totally, utterly out of shape. I was apprehensive, but the ladies there are friendly, warm, encouraging, and very positive. They want to help you get in shape and after a month of 3x a week sessions, I feel better, stronger and slightly leaner. (Yeah, gotta diet.) If you've been afraid to try P
