I recommend not using Planet Beach. However, if you do tan there, DO NOT sign a contract with them. I had signed up for 1 year of tanning at the 34th ST location, but relocated for work prior to the 1 year being up. I was aware of the 60 notice policy and I therefore went in and told them I was moving and signed the correct paperwork to cancel my membership. However, all of the employees are 18 year old airheads and the girl that went over the paperwork with me, "lost it." And Planet Beach continued charging my card for months after I moved 4 hours away! Man
