We had been taking our pug to this groomer for a couple years, but had a bad experience the last two times. We have him shaved, and he returned to us with a gouge out of his hair, and a sore on the skin in that area. This was so out of the ordinary that we chalked it down as a one-time mistake. The next time he came back with 2-3 more cuts into his skin, and was bleeding out of several nails. He also was returned to us with a noticeable limp (he is arthritic and we believed they handled him roughly). No more. We would be crazy to submit him to more grooming abus
