I applied for a job at your Marion Il Parkway Manor. I am more than qualified for the position I applied for. CNA Supervisor position I got the impression that I was going to get the job i was sure of it. then your administrator ran a quick background check and I did have a charge but it has not showed up on any healthcare background check in the past two years. The Charge has since been expunged and sealed. How can it show up on a quick check but NOT the IL state background check.
