I left my snowblower here in Dec '11 to have new belts put on. When I went to pick it up they couldn't find it. Chris Pond told me "it must have been stolen" but refused to file a theft report or an insurance claim, and refused to compensate me for the snowblower. I was told many times that I would have a phone call in a few days updating me on the action they would take but never got those calls. I now have to take them to court. They have displayed a complete lack of caring about customer service and community relations. How they haven't run their business int
