I have a serious water leak in my front lawn. First of all, they couldn't even get me a written qoute for over a week, and then it had no details (labor, material, etc), just a price. For two weeks this plumber said "Monday or Tuesday" or "Wednesday or Thursday" and then never showed up or called. Every time we called the office the receptionist said she would find out what was going on and call back - she never did. For the last week we heard nothing.
