I used Suzan when I closed on my house in Sept of 08', everything seemed fine when i recieved a tax credit of around $900.00 to cover the taxes in 08' (I had no clue)When taxes came I got hit with a $4500.00 bill when i didn't even own the house for most of 08'. Suzanne messed up big time! Once I discovered this I tried to contact her for 3 weeks with no response. Finally I went to her office to set an appointment with her to fix this, her secretary stated she is not in and wont be for a month as she walks in with lunch for the office.
