Did not have a good experience and no one cared. My first clue that something was amiss was trying to get an appointment for my mother. Apparently, in this office no one but the patient can make an appointment due to HIPPA. That is a huge stretch under the most extreme definition and does not reflect the guidelines put forth in HIPPA. I would suggest retraining staff. Our appointment was for 10:45. We got to OPKS from LSMO at 10:15 then drove around for 15 minutes trying to discover which building this office was in. No one mentioned there would be nu
