Jeff is not very professional, I bought a magic jack worked a week, went to return it. He was not very professional,He wanted to argue,and twist things arroundm the package stated on it, 100% gaurantee. Thats a lie,He did not give me a full refund, charged 20%,so he says,Bank has no knowlege of my refund. Beware Crook
