I am so sorry Ms. Rhonsberger about your pet having an eye infection. Your veterinarian spoke with my manager and said the eye infection was an existing condition. Your veterinarian and Highland Groomery both agree that this condition was suddenly noticed by you because your pet was groomed and the eye area hair trimmed back. I hope your pet feels better soon but can not except responsibility if your veterinarian does not feel it is justified. Sorry.
