I rec'd a quote of $15,000 from another contractor for a full finished bsmt. Then I called G&K because Chris, the owner, had done brick paving work for me in the past & did a pretty good job & told me he also was licensed to do bsmt refinishing & would give me a good deal if I used him. I wanted to help out a polish fellow & his family & small biz owner, who during the winter months has less work & lives right in my community.
