I've had a few good experiences and I really like going to pull my own auto parts. The employees can be quite disrespectful though, and they tried to take advantage of me on an emissions part. I still had six months until my cars inspection was due, so I wasn't stressed about the air pump I needed. They seemed to presume I needed it immediately to pass inspection so they wanted $125.00 for it and would NOT negotiate. I left and bought a re-manufactured unit with new bearings and a 2 year warranty for $139.00. If you can have thick skin with some of the employees
