Review
BEWARE of their cancellation policy. They make you give 1/2 pymt down BEFORE they measure your house. It appears that they give you a "low" estimate and then double it when they come to measure. And another business came to measure and it was STILL less than what Rock Bottom measured. Now we have to wait 14 days before we can get a refund, EVEN THOUGH THE CHECK HAS ALREADY CLEARED THE BANK. NOT A HAPPY potential customer at all!
