I stored my stuff with this horrible company while I searched for a new house. The day I returned to empty my unit I found the roof had leaked. When packing my unit I had made sure to keep boxes off the floor to keep them from wicking water. I did not account for water coming from the roof. Come to find out the roof had evidently leaked previously as it had been "repaired" with duct tape. I spoke with the "manager" who refused to accept any responsibility for my things that had been ruined due directly to the unit's poor maintenence. He stated the company did not
