I hired Thompson Flooring to refinish a pine floor in my house. The job was dispatched to the brother of the owner, who works on contract for the owner. All seemed to be going fine. The sanding part proceeded well. Although, they do not use a closed sander, so there was a lot of dust. Once restrained, disk marks from the sander were evident along the entire length of one board. I was willing to live with that believing the total job would be good. However, once finished, I noticed that there were rough areas of dust embedded in the urethane, esp. ar
