It appears to be a nice and pretty final resting place for your loved ones but there is nothing nice or resting for you once they have your contact information. It wasn%u2019t enough that they continuously lost the paperwork arranging for my father%u2019s burial and then once complete and we had an appointment to meet them and turn over his ashes they locked it in an office that no one there had a key to but then they have to call me constantly for the most unimportant matters.
