True value owner, Joseph Pedone is the worst individual to handle any type of business matters with. He%u2019s very rude, curses customers and pedestrians that he comes across from. He feels he is everyone%u2019s boss or husband when he speaks to a woman. During the winter, he uses a snow blower and blows snow onto cars surrounding his property, burying them to the roof.
