I'm a studio builder, studio owner, and sound engineer for many of the biggest studios in LA for the past 10 years. I began doing business with Viking about a month ago buying 10 bags for a small studio project. I called yesterday morning to order some more Roxul insulation for my next studio - and was told to call back around lunch time. I offered my phone number, but was told by the man to instead call the company back at lunch time to speak with someone else because he was "too busy" at the moment, even to take down my number.
