I paid $60.58 for ground shipping to NY. It took 12 days because UPS admittedly left the package behind. UPS of America, Inc. said it was their fault and that I was entitled to a refund; but I had to file a request form at the UPS Store that I sent it from. UPS of America, Inc. credited the San Clemente UPS store at 555 N. El Camino Real owned by Jeff Raymond for the $60.58 that is owed me, but Jeff Raymond said he%u2019s not going to pay me.
