Even though we had reservations we still waited 40 minutes to be seated. When we were seated no one came to take our drink order or direct us to be buffet, we just followed other guests. After we began our meal a waiter came by and took our drink order, wife and kids had Sprite and I had a luke warm cup of coffee. The buffet was set up in a shielded out door veranda. The cold foods (salads, salmon, and hors d'oeuvres) did not have any ice to keep them cool since it was pretty warm in the veranda with the sun beating don on the thick green canopy. I went to the
