they are not responsive when you need to complain about other tenants bad behaviors. They make new rules every five minutes. They give you about 3 notices for inspections all on different days. .. you keep waiting and finally the last date given is when they show up so you can't plan around it if you'd like to be there. They do not do regularly scheduled maintenance. They are not family and pets oriented. They allowed scumbags to live here for years. They complain about petty things and not serious matters like having drug dealers and prostitutes and thier friends living ne
