I wanted to support a local business. I shopped in the Boat Trailer Service store and had a great experience. The young lady working stopped what she was doing, pulled my order and was very friendly; she even recommended another store where I could get some things they were out of. When I got home it turned out that there were some large pricing discrepancies. My order was essentially twice what it should have been if the prices posted on their website were correct. I contacted the business owners to see if we could correct the issue. I received timely responses f
