DO NOT USE AEGIS!!!! I should have checked the Better Business Bureau before using Aegis Heating and Cooling (Fairfax) where they have an F-rating. Price was average (bought a $6k heat pump and AHU) but when it comes to service, the Ioannou family is HORRIBLE. You can only speak to the receptionist Betsy unless you are buying something. My 9 month old Carrier system is no longer working and Aegis said it will be 10 days before they can come out to look at what is wrong.
