Its was my first time taking my two dogs to get groomed. I found Pet Glamor and it was affordable and convenient. I dropped them off at 8:30 and clearly explained I needed them washed, cut, and properly cleaned. They expressed confidence to me my dogs would be ready by noon and they were not ready until 4:30pm. I picked up my babies up and they where shaved down to the skin and looked like my 5 year old son shaved them :-( and I was disgusted with the small of the cigaret aroma reeking through the store. A month later my dogs hair have big bald spot everywhere
