Rick Manzella owner of One Stop Comics and Cards had over 8,000 golden age comics when he was 9 years old. By the time Rick was 17, he opened a retail store in Oak Park, Illinois. As time went by, Rick had opened stores in Chicago and Norridge .When inventory surpassed one million comics, Rick began to liquidate dead books and overstock. Today Rick has one 2,200 square foot retail store with one of the largest back issue inventories in the world. Rick also carries sport and non-sport cards, posters, games, Magic, Heroclix , statues and over 250 boxed alphabet without doubles all under $5.00 a comic. Rick loves comics and is a special advisor to the Overstreet price guide. One Stop Comics has over 5,000 different Trade Paperbacks in stock at all times, new comics are on the racks for at least 6 months, and it also has Chicagoland’s best subscription service. The store is located 30 minutes from O’Hare and Midway airports.
