They gave us an estimate and wrote a proposal for us that looked really good so we decided that we were going to use them. They gave us a call and let us know with the summer rolling around things were getting busy and they would like to reserve a time for us to get scheduled. They told us in order to do this they would need our credit card but would not charge it. We gave them the card and got scheduled for May 11th. On May 10th a plumber came out to look at our property and said the way that Water Works wanted to install this would not work. We got a hold of Water Wo
