The first time I used Fort Knox, they made a scheduling mistake and to compensate me, sent 4 men instead of 2. But then they charged me for the additional men. So I paid twice as much as they had quoted me and got zero discount. The next time I used them, I figured if I rented a U-haul and did the boxes myself, they would just move the furniture and it would be cheap. I worked for days to leave them next to nothing.
