The designer and staff were extremely courteous and attentive. However, the finished window treatments were somewhat drab and the quality of the workmanship was extremely disappointing. The valences looked home sewn. The designer was consistently late and would cancel appointments at the last minute. The office was courteous enough to call beforehand to inform of the cancellations/late arrival.s However, this was usually close to the time of the appointment which left little room to reschedule ones day.
