I chose this company to manage my property in Maryland. In the beginning I thought that I was going to receive great service but everything changed once I got a tenant in the property. I began noticing so called service charges that were taken off the rent that were not explained and whenever I called or sent e-mails the property manager did not respond. I am so frustrated because they know that I live in another state so they don't feel that they have to respond to me. They have totally taken advantage of the situation. They collect $130 every month plus other charges
