I am just in shock and horror over the behavior of the owner of this company. I received a phone call from KJM Bridals this morning regarding a flower delivery. The woman called to get directions to my house. I explained to the woman that I was recovering from a major surgery and was heavily medicated and was unable to give her directions. I however provided her with the address. She replied to me, "so you're not going to give me the directions?" I said to her again that i was recovering from surgery and that was all I could provide her.%
