I felt uneasy when i went it, and when they blew me off, I guess I just felt hurt. I know I'm probably too sensitive, which is why I had a hard time facing collector calls from my mortgage company in the first place, but these guys just made me feel worse. I'd say save your time and don't go there. funny thing is that they called me a few days later and asked me why I missed my appointment.
