Visited the salon with my niece for a day of pampering only to be thoroughly disappointed with the treatment. The salon's method of service is first comr, first served but that didn't occur. My niece was the next to be serviced but instead of her being serviced, a white woman and her son were. Very disappointing because it was very obvious that this was being done without explanation or apology.
