This is the worst management agency. Do not use them. They are liars! I have had major leakages in my apt due to broken pipes which were clear violations. I wrote them many letters for repairs. They came to see the problems repeatedly but did nothing to fix them. The manager Oscar Szmor told me to call the building inspector if I wanted repairs. Only when a pipe burst in my living room wall was some of the repairs done. The repairs they did were inadequate and faulty. eg they installed vinyl tiles in my living room and parquet wood tiles in my bedroom.%0
