I don't even want to give them one star! They nickel and dimed me for every part and service and kept the SUV an extra day. I declined the rental car to save them some money and took light rail home but I guess the vehicle got repaired that first day after all because the manager drove it home (70 miles) that night. Still no call in the morning so I wander over and the vehicle was ready so I paid the inflated charges. Guess they didn't call because they were going to take it out again today.
