Review continued... This new team of guys found that the previous "experts" instillation of the supports was installed incorrectly! They replaced the box spring and attempted to rectify the mistakes made by the Tyners "expert". For those scoring at home that is two home visits and two new box springs. Oh, and about two months of poor quality sleep!
