Triangle Academy of Dance severely lacks one of the most potent aspects of a local dance school - heart. I attended this school for 6 years and was a part of their dance company, Carolina Youth Ballet. While the costumes and productions were beautiful, the classes were mediocre and the teachers were cold. Dancers shouldn’t have to learn to love abuse. A certain teacher at TAD would give out the cruelest remarks, ones you would never want to pay money for.
