I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by the owner of the business, John. He was very sincere to me when I originally signed up for a tanning package the week before. I visited the salon the following Sunday during normal hours and they closed early with no sign on the door as to why. The salon's hours of operation are not as advertised, they like to choose their own hours instead of what's advertised on the door. When I approached John the following Tuesday about this issue I was expecting an explanation or at least apology for the situation. I
