Lafayette Center has violated resident and staff rights repeatedly. My prior review vanished. I have a pile of physical evidence that shows Genesis and its employees exposed staff and residents to health and safety risks. Documentation shows even after reported they refused to correct the issues. I have a nice voice recording of the Adminstrator requesting staff not to report these issus. I have proof the exposed staff and residents to high levels of mold and refused to acknowledge their "right to know". Administrator had an 80 year old lady sign a statement saying she
