We bought a raised toilet seat for our disabled relative visiting us from out of town. The sales person at Emerald Pharmacy and Medical Supply told us that the toilet seat we were purchasing was NEW. After we came home, we opened the package. The toilet seat was dirty and had many scratch marks. It appeared that it was a USED item. In addition, the attachment part was BROKEN.
