My husband and I have been dealing with VIP Mortgage for well over a month. We were quick to get required materials to the loan officer, as we were anxious to refinance our home at the rate and terms we were quoted. We were somewhat reluctant to have our home appraised right away because we were weren't assured we qualified. After all, $375.00 in these hard times is a lot of money to spend if it's for nothing! After being assured and reassured we HAD the loan, we obtained an appraisal. It's been over a month since the appraisal and we can't even get the loan officer, M
