Out of all the companies that came out, Basement Solutions were the most honest without the pressure to make my decision of signing with them. The other companies sent salesman that gave me a price of around $16K for a french drain and then lowered the price to $9K before they left to try to get me sign their contract. Basement Solutions first price was $9,500. It was $500 more than the last offer of the others but they were honest.
